Not gonna lie, it did look similar to the pictures, but the size felt a little off once I got it...

I’d say it feels safe overall, but it’s a bit unstable at times. Compared to what most people seem to expect from something like this, I think it could be sturdier. It does the job, but I wouldn’t call it the most reliable option out there...

I’ll admit, the Maupets piece does look good, and my cat actually uses it now and then, so I guess that’s a win. It’s not bad at all, but it ended up feeling a bit larger in my living room than I thought it would. Probably my fault for not measuring more carefully before ordering, but still, I’m not totally sure it’s the perfect fit for the space.

The packaging was really clean and arrived in great shape, with no dents at all.

I judged it fast when the box showed up, and right away I was like, yep, they got it right. My order from Mau Pets had everything in it, no missing stuff, no weird size mix-ups. After dealing with that on other pet sites, this was a relief. Nothing fancy, just a simple, smooth order that came exactly how it should.

I ordered this from maupets.com it’s nicer than I expected. The material feels solid and not cheap at all, and my cat has been using it every day without any problems. The fabric looks and feels good too. There was a small loose thread when it arrived, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d say it’s a solid buy overall, just not quite perfect, so 4 stars from me.

I got my Maupets tree yesterday and, had it put together in maybe 15 minutes. The instructions were clear, and I didn’t need any extra tools or anything like that. Overall, yeah, I’m really happy with it.

When I first opened it, there was a bit of an off-gassing smell. It wasn’t terrible, just kinda noticeable. I left it near a window, and after about 2 days it was pretty much gone.

Checking out on maupets.com was actually straightforward, and my card went through with no issues. I was also glad they had financing available because, let’s be real, the price wasn’t exactly tiny??
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the approval page took a bit longer than I expected, and for a moment I was like, did it freeze?? Is it still working?? But it did go through in the end, so overall it was fine.

The stuff was decent quality and the price felt fair, so I can’t really complain too much. Shipping could’ve been a bit faster though, I was basically checking the tracking like it was a major life event. Overall, still a good experience.

I wanted to like this, and at first it seemed like a good buy. But after actually using it for a few weeks, the cleaning became the biggest issue. Hair gets trapped in all the little corners, and the fabric doesn’t wipe down easily at all. Even with regular vacuuming, it started looking dirty quickly. Taking it apart just to clean everything is annoying too. For the price, I expected it to be much easier to maintain. I wouldn’t buy it again.
